Are blackberries good for you?

That's an easy one to answer. The fact is that blackberries are one of the healthiest fruits you'll find.
They're especially noted for their antioxidant strength. In fact, they have one of
 the best oxygen radical absorbenc capacity ratings of any fruit. They're also high in
dietary fiber  vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid and manganese.

As with most fruits, you get the maximum health benefits when you eat
 them raw. Eat blackberries soon after picking them because the fruit is perishable. The berries are good
for you, providing good amounts of antioxidants that protect the body's cells from free-radical damage.
And why did I decide to write about this -because they are good for your skin. You can not eat them fresh all year round , but you can definitely try finding them late summer. An easy and tasty way to help your skin stay beautiful and healthy.   


  1. I'm not too crazy about Blackberries, but I do prefer Blueberries, which offer just about the same nutrients. It's really great for your skin :)


  2. I love black berries! <3 but not as much as blueberries lol and strawberries.. basically i love all berries haha!
